- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
- Items marked as final sale, custom, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns of dirty makeup pieces are not accepted.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
